Alumina Ceramic Crucibles and Corundum Ceramic Crucibles
Alumina ceramic crucibles, usually, we call crucibles with more than 95% alumina content as corundum crucibles.

Characteristics of alumina/corundum porcelain crucible:
1. High purity: Al2O3>99%, good chemical resistance
2. Good temperature resistance, long-term use at 1600℃, short-term use at 1800℃
3. Good resistance to rapid cold and heat, not easy to burst
4. High density of grouting molding, high purity alumina crucible, 99% alumina content
5. Used for evaporation, concentration or crystallization of solutions, and also for burning solid substances
[ The Basic Process Of Alumina/Corundum Crucible ]
At present, our factory's alumina crucibles with a capacity of 50KG-1000KG are all made in the form of pouring. The main material of the corundum crucible is neutral refractory corundum mullite. The corundum crucible is usually used at a temperature of 1600 degrees.
1. Open the mold according to the size of the drawing
2. Fully mix the aggregate and fine powder according to the formula
3. The slurry is poured into the mold and placed on a horizontal vibrating device to vibrate densely
4. Take off the outer mold after standing still for a period of time, and make it smooth by hand
5. Take off the inner mold and decorate the heart by hand
6. After being fully air-dried, it is fired in the kiln. The kiln temperature is based on the actual use temperature, that is to say, the kiln temperature must be higher than the actual use temperature
The above are large crucibles, and small cup-shaped crucibles are mainly formed by machine stamping.
