Malaysia Container Lab Project Successfully Delivered, Charting a New Chapter in International Cooperation

Recently, Qingdao Decent Group successfully delivered and commissioned two container laboratories for the Malaysian client LYNAS, marking another significant milestone for the company in the international market.

The two laboratories consist of a drying laboratory and a sample preparation laboratory. The drying laboratory is mainly responsible for the task of drying ore samples. It is equipped with two electric ovens DDO-2-2-2500E developed and produced by Qingdao Decent Group. These ovens have precise temperature control capabilities and can provide the best environment for drying ore samples to ensure the drying quality and processing efficiency of samples. The sample preparation laboratory focuses on the processing of ore samples, covering key steps such as ore sample crushing, grinding and dividing. It is equipped with professional equipment developed by Qingdao Decent Group, including lab pulverizer mill DP2000, jaw crusher and rotating sample divider combo DJRC80, jaw crusher DJC100B, and downdraft workstation DSW350, forming an efficient and comprehensive mineral sample preparation system.

At the request of Malaysian client, Qingdao Decent Group provided comprehensive on-site installation and commissioning services. Our team of experts swiftly commenced work upon the safe arrival of the container laboratories at the destination, ensuring that the laboratories could be put into use as soon as possible. During the installation process, the team worked closely with the client, with their rich experience and superb technology, carefully debugged all the equipment. All the equipment has been running stably and reached the expected performance standards.

After the installation and debugging, the client conducted on-site testing and acceptance. The testing team used professional testing tools to conduct comprehensive and strict testing of the overall operation of the laboratory and the performance of each device. All testing process are divided into two stages: functional testing and use testing.

During the functional testing stage, the testing team conducted a comprehensive test of key indicators such as temperature and humidity control in the laboratory, heating uniformity of the electric oven, temperature control accuracy, and over-temperature alarm function, and tested the air circulation inside the laboratory. During the use test stage, the team focused on the crushing, grinding, and dividing capabilities of the sample preparation equipment and the dust removal capabilities of the pulse dust removal system.

After comprehensive and rigorous testing, Qingdao Decent Group successfully completed the acceptance of the Malaysia container laboratory project. The interplay between various pieces of equipment and the individual performance of each device exceeded expectations, demonstrating the company's professional capabilities and high standards in the design and installation of container laboratories.
