LI YINGJIE

Li Yingjie graduated from Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Science) in 1988 and majored in mechanical design and manufacturing. Now he works for Decent Group as the director of the R&D department.

The career experience: he served for the engineering department in Hair Group (a world-leading better life solution provider and the only IoT ecosystem brand among the Global Top 100 Brands according to BrandZ in June 2019) with rich experiences. He has engaged in machinery research & development and design for more than 30 years and is the applicant of dozens of patents in machinery and equipment. He joined Decent in the year 2016 and his engineer and technician team is the solid base of “Strong Technical Strength” which is one of the core competencies of Decent Group.

SUN TAO

Sun Tao graduated from Ocean University of China in 1992 and majored in mechanical design and manufacturing. Now he works for Decent as factory director.

He served for the production department of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. which is the core enterprise of CRRC (China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation, the world’s largest supplier of rail transit equipment with the most complete product lines and leading technologies) for more than 20 years. He has engaged in the production of machinery and accessory for nearly 30 years till today and is an expert with rich experiences in a full range of machinery production process such as punching, bending, drilling, milling, laser cutting, metal saw cutting, welding, foundry & casting, machining, heat treatment and so on. His team ensures on time and in full delivery of qualified products to our customers and partners all over the world.

Esther Chen

Esther Chen graduated from Qingdao University of Science & Technology in 2007. Now she is the vice director of sales department in Decent Group and in charge of business and markets in America and Asia-Pacific.

In year 2007, she worked for D&D Group which was a big manufacturer and supplier of power tools for worldwide customers after graduated from university.

In year 2016, she joined Qingdao Decent Electromechanical Tech Co., Ltd. as marketing director.

In year 2018, she followed Hyde Wang, current managing director of Decent Group, and worked as business development director in Hyde’s another company which manufactures and supplies products and services for mineral and geochemistry labs.

In year 2019, she co-founded Qingdao Mars Labtech Co., Ltd. together with Hyde Wang.

In year 2020, she served as vice director of sales department in Decent Group which consists of Qingdao Decent Electromechanical Tech Co., Ltd., Qingdao Mars Labtech Co., Ltd., Hunan Kilnsware Industrial Ceramics Co. Ltd. and Decent (Hong Kong) Group Limited.

With rich experiences of overseas sales, sales management, customer services, logistics and so on, Esther and her sales team are solid bases of one of our core competencies: Internationalized Operation System.

Mandy Gao

Mandy Gao graduated from Qingdao University of Science & Technology in 2005. Now she is the vice director of sales department in Decent Group and in charge of business and markets in Europe and Africa.

In year 2005, she worked for D&D Group which was a big manufacturer and supplier of power tools for worldwide customers after graduated from university.

In year 2016, she joined Qingdao Decent Electromechanical Tech Co., Ltd. as sales director.

In year 2020, she served as vice director of sales department in Decent Group which consists of Qingdao Decent Electromechanical Tech Co., Ltd., Qingdao Mars Labtech Co., Ltd., Hunan Kilnsware Industrial Ceramics Co. Ltd. and Decent (Hong Kong) Group Limited.
