A corrugated and reversible manganese steel jaw plate can crush most typical aggregates, coals, rocks, minerals ores, and brittle alloys to economical sizes.

The jaw crushers we manufacture use long-life rolling bearings and tough jaw plates. A high-quality pulley, feed hoppers, and safety guards contribute to lower cost-effectiveness. With a replaceable jaw plate that can be installed in the feeding hopper, maintenance costs are greatly reduced. And our laboratory crusher is easy to operate with lower dust generation. The adjustable jaw opening can handle up to 85% of the sample. The high reduction ratio allows samples to be ground to the size and fineness required by the laboratory. The final fineness can vary from less than 0.5mm to 40mm. Feed sizes can range from less than 30mm to 125mm.
