Product Details
High-density, corrosion-resistant, fast-heating clay graphite crucible
Qingdao Decent Group offers clay graphite crucible models ranging from 1# to 1500# with a full range of specifications. The product uses high-quality raw materials and advanced formula combination, which ensures reliable and durable quality. For smelting and casting of non-ferrous metals, it has always been indispensable.
The clay graphite crucibles have excellent characteristics, including high density, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, rapid heat transfer, strong oxidation resistance, high thermal shock resistance, stable chemical performance, beautiful appearance, and durability. It has a good record of quality and reliability, and it sells well.
Supporting furnace types: resistance furnaces, medium frequency electric furnaces, electromagnetic induction furnaces, biological pellet furnaces, gas furnaces, coke furnaces, oil furnaces, and gas producers.
Scope of application: smelting various non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, tin, lead, zinc, and various non-ferrous metal alloys.
Mark: Customized graphite crucibles and graphite special-shaped products can be produced according to customer requirements.
[ Standard Features ]
1. Long lifespan: Compact embryos are formed under high pressure, so their service life is three to five times longer than that of traditional clay crucibles.
2. Fast heat conduction: The embryo body's high density and low apparent porosity significantly enhance the crucible's heat conduction ability.
3. New materials: thermally conductive materials reduce the amount of sticky slag, and they provide high heat transfer, pollution-free products, and ensure efficient heat transfer.
4. Corrosion resistance: Compared to clay crucibles, it offers greater corrosion resistance.
5. Anti-oxidation: The embryo body is treated with advanced technology to make it more resistant to oxidation, which ensures its long-lasting thermal conductivity and long life.
[ Precautions for Transportation, Storage and Use ]
1. Pay attention to moisture-proof, keep dry and ventilated.
2. Do not place the crucible directly on the ground. The crucible should be placed on a wooden pallet.
3. Use a cart or cushion to prevent damage to the glaze layer during transportation.
4. Follow the correct procedure to preheat and bake the empty graphite crucible.
5. Use an appropriate amount of flux.
6. Use crucible clamps correctly to avoid damaging the glaze layer.
7. Even clean the graphite crucible after each use.
[ Graphite Advantages ]
1. Temperature resistance: Graphite is one of the most temperature resistant materials currently known. Its melting point is 3850°C, and its boiling point is 4250°C.
2. Special thermal shock resistance: Graphite has good thermal shock resistance, meaning that when temperatures change suddenly, it has an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, so it is very thermally stable. Graphite will not crack when the temperature changes rapidly.
3. Thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity: Graphite has very high thermal and electrical conductivity compared to general materials. The resistance is four times greater than stainless steel, two times greater than carbon steel, and 100 times greater than general non-metal.
4. Lubrication: Graphite has a lubricating performance similar to that of molybdenum disulfide, and the friction coefficient is less than 0.1. Liquidity will vary with scale size. The larger the scale, the smaller the friction coefficient, the better the lubricity.
5. Stability in chemicals: Graphite is chemically stable at room temperature and resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
