Container Labs tailored for extreme cold environments

This is our new project in 2022 to manufacture a mobile container sample preparation laboratory that can function normally in -50℃ extreme cold environment for Canadian customers.

According to the needs of customers, Qingdao Decent Group has designed and manufactured this mobile laboratory by several experienced engineers. It has not only passed the BV certification, but also all its internal equipment and lines have passed the CSA certification, which has performance and safety aspects.

This container lab contains the following:

1 large oven with 4 trolleys, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer requirements.

2 sets of jaw crushers.

1 sample preparation workbench, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer requirements.

1 sample pack, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's requirements.

1 wash basin, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's requirements.

1 set of laboratory dust collection system, designed and manufactured by Qingdao Decent Group according to customer's sample preparation requirements.

1 set of windows designed and installed according to customer requirements.

2 sets of doors designed and installed according to customer requirements.

It can be said that the container laboratory has constructed the whole process of sample preparation, and can ensure that every step of the process can be completed accurately.
